Title: Recruiter (Physician Contingency)
Location: St. Louis, MO
Job Status: Full-Time
Reporting: Senior Vice
President, Sales
The
ideal candidate will possess previous experience in healthcare
or contingency recruiting, with demonstrated success in securing
job orders, as well as identifying, qualifying, marketing, and
placing physician candidates to those orders. Position requires
excellent interpersonal and sales skills with the ability to work
additional hours as needed. Ideal candidates will have a working
knowledge of Microsoft Office products and be familiar with Microsoft
Outlook in a Windows based environment.
Responsibilities:

Secure job orders from new, repeat, and inactive clients
· Recruit and screen candidates for job orders for all
MRA accounts
· Utilize various sourcing methods (database, Internet,
etc.)
· Prepare candidate references
· Preparation of candidate paperwork (CV, summary, references,
etc.)
· Maintain accurate and current database information
· Maintain expected quality standards in all oral and written
communications
· Maintain quality candidate and client evaluations
